Arts Festival Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Coordinator to join our team at Endelienta Arts. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our events programme, which includes concerts, author talks, and the North Cornwall Book Festival.
Responsibilities- Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, artist liaison, and volunteer management
- Manage the digital box office and ensure accurate ticket sales and reporting
- Collaborate with the Artistic Director/General Manager to develop and implement event strategies
- Foster relationships with performers, authors, and stakeholders to secure high-profile events
- At least 2 years' experience in event management or a related field
- Degree in Event Management, Arts Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in digital tools and software, including CRM systems and social media platforms
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
