**Company Overview:**
Endelienta Arts is a renowned arts organization based in North Cornwall, dedicated to delivering exceptional events and programs. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Cornwall Book Festival Administrator and oversee the delivery of our events, including concerts, author talks, and the North Cornwall Book Festival.
**Salary:** £23,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
**Job Description:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of events, including event logistics, artist liaison, volunteer management, and bar operations. This will involve working closely with our Artistic Director/General Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of events and maintaining excellent relationships with performers, authors, and stakeholders.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- At least two years' experience in an events management role
- Good understanding of events management in the context of arts organizations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload
- Personable and professional demeanor
- Experience working in a team environment
