We are looking for an experienced and skilled Literary Assistant to join our team at BookBrunch Limited. As a key member of our Soho office, you will be responsible for supporting the literary team with various administrative tasks.
Key Tasks:
* Diary management: scheduling appointments and meetings as needed
* Travel coordination: booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements
* Contract review: checking and reviewing contracts to ensure compliance
* Phone handling: answering calls and responding to queries from authors, publishers, and other stakeholders
* General administration: performing tasks such as data entry and record-keeping
Requirements:
* Proven experience working in a similar role
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Familiarity with various software and tools used in administrative tasks
