Job Description

Monograph is seeking a highly motivated Music Festival Curator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for curating and coordinating music festivals across various territories, ensuring that they meet the company's goals and objectives.

Main Duties

  • Collaborate with the Head of Music Programming to oversee assigned shows, especially in markets across various territories (Asia, Oceania, South America) leveraging extensive personal networks in both regions.
  • Handling the booking process for event line-ups from idea conception through to event delivery.
  • Advance, contract and oversee payment for all acts in a timely fashion.

Expected Skills and Knowledge

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the music industry and festival scene.

Estimated Annual Salary: £52,000 - £68,000, depending on experience.
