About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team for the upcoming festival. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale events, with a strong focus on logistics and coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the production of the Festival Hub at Rich Mix, ensuring seamless execution of events and activities.
  • Work closely with the ExR Producer, Guest team, Technical Manager, and Talks & Workshops Coordinator to create an inventory of all items required in each space.
  • Act as venue manager at the Festival Hub, collaborating with venue staff to ensure the smooth running of festival spaces.
  • Assist with hiring and managing external Venue Coordinators, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Manage the Volunteer Coordinator, providing information and scheduling volunteers.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working on large-scale events or festivals in a production capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage staff and lead a team.
  • A good knowledge of film formats.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to checking accuracy.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage a varied workload.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a generous pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
