Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team as a Lead Clinician in Adult Mental Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical leadership and advice to support the management of people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and advice to support the management of people with complex needs.
  • Work closely with other members of the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to adult mental health services.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new services and programs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in adult mental health services, with a focus on leadership and clinical expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in adult mental health services.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £85,000 - £115,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as contributory pension, paid annual leave, sick leave, and maternity leave.
