Job Title: Healthcare Policy Lead

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Policy Lead to join our team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of adult social care services.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective policies and procedures that support the delivery of high-quality care. This will involve working closely with senior leaders, clinicians, and other stakeholders to ensure that our services meet the needs of patients and service users.

In addition to your policy development work, you will also be responsible for leading teams of professionals and managing budgets to deliver efficient and effective services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Postgraduate qualification in healthcare management or a related field (desirable).
