About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Midwife to lead our community midwifery service in Kings Lynn and surrounding areas.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to make a significant impact on the quality and safety agenda for women and families.

As a Band 7 Community Midwife, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical leadership and advice to colleagues
  • Developing and implementing best practice guidelines
  • Contributing to the development of midwives across the trust
  • Collaborating with external partners to improve healthcare services

Key qualifications and skills include:

  • Registered Midwife qualification
  • Post-registration qualification in a specialist field or equivalent
  • Educational qualification in adult education or equivalent
  • Demonstrable ability to disseminate information in written format and public speaking forums
