About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Consultant Psychiatrist to lead our multi-disciplinary team in providing clinical leadership and advice to support individuals with complex needs. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our services and working closely with colleagues across Norfolk and Suffolk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead primarily the west of Norfolk and be based in Kings Lynn, with secondary responsibilities covering the south and central areas of the county.
  • Provide senior supervision and support to the crisis pathway, as we transition to a hub and spoke model.
  • Work closely with the West CRHT team, based at the Chatterton Centre, which houses Samphire acute admission ward and outpatient services.
