Sales and Performance Leader

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Performance Leader to drive profitable growth within key national accounts. Located in our Head Office, London, this role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong analytical mind and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with the National Account Manager.
- Conduct in-depth sales data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare accurate and insightful weekly sales reports and forecasts, including competitor analysis.
This role also involves managing inventory levels and assortment to optimise stock availability, minimise out-of-stocks, and maximise sales potential.
Our company offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits including a generous holiday allowance, company pension scheme, bonus/commission scheme, healthcare cash plan, private medical insurance, employee assistance programme, cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan, and length of service awards.
