About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Performance Leader. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will drive results, improve processes, and implement change to strengthen governance, operational, and sales excellence in the Europe & Africa region. Your expertise will be sought after for strategic recommendations to drive results and heighten overall performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead special projects assigned by senior sales leadership, typically on confidential and time-sensitive matters requiring quick turnaround
* Coordinate operational cadence of EA Sales organization, spearheading agenda formulation, content preparation, and key priority delineation
* Liaise with Sales Planning & Analytics, Sales Performance Management, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Compensation Design, Finance, Human Resources, and Legal teams as key EA Sales liaison

Program Management
* Support EA territory, deployment, and headcount management, collaborating closely with Sales Planning & Analytics team to oversee global deployment process implementation and governance in the EA region

Business Intelligence & Analytics
* Facilitate implementation and adoption of critical dashboards and analytics concerning sales performance metrics, ensuring comprehensive understanding and effective utilization by Sales leadership team
* Analyze and interpret insights from operational, strategic, and performance dashboards to drive informed decision-making

Qualifications
* MBA or master's degree
* 10+ years of experience in progressively more senior and complex roles involving strategy, product ownership, financial analysis, and/or project management
* Collaborative nature, working effectively with colleagues and project stakeholders

Compensation
* Salary: $140,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on location and experience
