Sales Performance Leader

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Leader to drive sales effectiveness initiatives for our Data Services team in the EMEA region. As part of the regional Sales Performance team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering programs to improve our sales behaviors and reinforce our culture of high performance.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and ideally sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of various selling methodologies and the ability to communicate 'value capture' as part of the sales process. They will also be an exceptional presenter and communicator, able to articulate complex concepts clearly, passionately and concisely at all levels, driving understanding and behavior change.
This is a challenging role that requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes within the EMEA market. We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
