Job Overview
- We are seeking a Sales Performance Leader who can drive data-driven sales strategies and plans to achieve targets in the healthcare industry.
- You will be responsible for monitoring performance metrics, suggesting improvements, and preparing regular sales forecasting reports.
- Negotiating agreements and working closely with the marketing department to ensure brand consistency are also key aspects of this role.
- Staying up-to-date with new product launches and ensuring sales team members are on board is crucial.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse sales data to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales forecasting reports.
- Negotiate agreements with customers and partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales team lead role, preferably in the health/nutrition industry.
- Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, communication, and team management skills.
- Able to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary and annual bonus package: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
- Mileage allowance for business travel.
