Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Universal Business Team. As an Internal Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and convert incoming sales inquiries into profitable orders.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize product mix and profit margins.
  • Follow up on quotes persistently to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data in our CRM system.
  • Contribute to the company's revenue and profit goals, with daily performance tracking.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
  • Excellent phone selling skills, with the ability to actively listen, engage, and build rapport with customers.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales best practices.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Familiarity with technical or complex information, particularly in the trailer parts industry, is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 (OTE £48-£53K).
