Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth patient journey, from ordering to dispensing, frame styling, and adjustment, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain an excellent reputation for the brand in the market, fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the glazing team to optimize equipment usage and ensure efficient operations.
