Working closely with Optometrists will be essential, as you mentor and develop your team to meet established targets. Strong leadership and organizational skills are vital for this dynamic position.
Requirements:
Candidates must be registered with the General Optical Council and possess the right to work in the UK. Additional qualifications may be necessary based on the region of application.
