About You

As an Experienced Optical Operations Manager, you will oversee all facets of the operation to guarantee superior service. Your duties will encompass managing personnel, ensuring compliance, analyzing performance metrics, addressing customer inquiries, and enhancing the department's efficiency. Working closely with Optometrists is essential for your success, as you mentor and develop your team to meet objectives. Strong leadership and organizational skills are crucial for this dynamic position.

Requirements:

GOC registered Dispensing Optician CPD points Customer care skills Goal-oriented mindset Leadership experience in Optics Time management abilities

Interested candidates must be registered with the General Optical Council and possess the right to work in the UK. Additional qualifications may be necessary depending on the region of application.
