The Role: Business Development Manager
We are searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth across our key markets.
Responsibilities:
- New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fashion, beauty, health, tech, and gifting industries. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure. Build strong relationships with prospects, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Client Relationship Development: Cultivate long-lasting relationships with new clients by providing exceptional service and support. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new market opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales efforts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Managing Director and other team members to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales within a related industry.
- Strong sales acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.
