We are seeking an experienced Internal Business Development Manager to join our team at Stellar Select Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and developing relationships with intermediaries within your allocated region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage relationships with introducers to achieve new business targets
- Support Business Development Managers with all mortgage and loan case management for broker partners and accounts
- Identify and develop relationships with key firms to work with regional Business Development Managers
- Ensure all reports and CRM systems are up-to-date, recording discussions and activities
- Keep products front of mind and ensure all intermediaries are updated on new products and features
- Handle new business queries and communicate with introducers
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development and relationship management
- Strong understanding of the mortgage and loan industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
