About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Internal Business Development Manager to join our team at Stellar Select Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and developing relationships with intermediaries within your allocated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage relationships with introducers to achieve new business targets
  • Support Business Development Managers with all mortgage and loan case management for broker partners and accounts
  • Identify and develop relationships with key firms to work with regional Business Development Managers
  • Ensure all reports and CRM systems are up-to-date, recording discussions and activities
  • Keep products front of mind and ensure all intermediaries are updated on new products and features
  • Handle new business queries and communicate with introducers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development and relationship management
  • Strong understanding of the mortgage and loan industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
