Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales and Business Growth Professional to join our team at Austin Fraser. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through effective account management and new business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
  • Manage a portfolio of 70-80 existing customer accounts with a monthly revenue of £600,000, focusing on 80% growth from existing customers and 20% new business within Retail Convenience & Roadside Retail.
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities to ensure sales forecast and revenue targets are met.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of the retail convenience and roadside retail sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and trends.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £32,000 + bonus, with an OTE of £40k-£45k.
