Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Regional Sales Growth Manager to drive business expansion across a designated geographic area in Greater Manchester. About the Role:

The Regional Sales Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy focused on expanding market share, increasing revenue, and improving profitability. Key accountabilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers, utilizing digital platforms and engagement channels.
  • IDentifying and pursuing opportunities to promote value-added products and services tailored to customer needs within the designated territory.
  • Implementing innovative sales strategies to enhance market presence and achieve targeted business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves operating as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, with a focus on driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction. The Regional Sales Growth Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of £39,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus bonus incentives. Our benefits package includes a company car, flexible working hours, 27 days annual leave, and access to a range of employee benefits, including a generous pension scheme and life assurance.
