Regional Business Growth Manager

ACS Performance seeks a Sales and Expansion Specialist to join their team in the North of England.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to drive sales growth, manage our presence in the region, and contribute to the company's expansion goals.
Job Description- Manage sales of new equipment in the Northern Region, focusing on building entrances & secure automation solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with end users, contractors, and façade consultants to drive long-term partnerships.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and develop growth plans to increase quality project-related enquiries.
- Work closely with estimators to offer tailored solutions to clients.
- Represent ACS Performance at industry events, fostering relationships and promoting the brand.
- Conduct site surveys to identify sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase sales.
- Communicate technical information effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Use CRM systems and MS Office to manage sales pipeline and client relationships.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive and consultative sales approaches.
- Demonstrated experience in business development and sales within a construction environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office.
- Motivated by achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.
A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package including pension scheme, life insurance, and 25 days annual leave.
