Regional Sales Growth Manager

Job Description: As a Regional Sales Growth Manager, you will be responsible for delivering in-store sales drivers and building customer relationships within the Soft Drinks category. This role involves working with Cash & Carry Depots and multiple store operators to bring our sales and marketing plans to life.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve market share
- Become an expert in the Soft Drinks category and provide insights to internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
About You: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and customer relationships. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a UK manual driving licence and live within or be willing to relocate to the territory.
