Growth and Development Opportunity

Lanpro, a leading consultancy, is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team and drive growth in Manchester and the Northern region.

The successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen, technical expertise, and excellent client management skills. They will be responsible for developing business relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering projects at a senior level.

We offer a salary of £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, plus benefits including enhanced annual leave entitlement, loyalty leave, and a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking the lead on business development and marketing activities to promote Lanpro's services and attract new clients.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to drive growth and delivery.
  • Identifying and realising new business opportunities through innovation and creativity.
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Managing and negotiating contracts with clients and suppliers to ensure effective partnerships.
  • Collaborating with other departments to share best practices and improve overall performance.
