We are currently seeking an experienced Regional Sales Growth Manager to join our team. This role will play a key part in driving growth and expanding our direct sales channel across the North of England.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits including 25 days holiday, 8 bank holidays, and access to a pension scheme.

Our employee discount scheme offers discounts on Modern Milkman products, and we also provide enhanced parental leave and pay. Other benefits include life insurance, cycle to work scheme, Octopus EV salary sacrifice, and two weeks working abroad.

Job Description

This role involves managing the direct sales strategy, creating sales events plans, and delivering successful campaigns that maximise sales and position the brand effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in door-to-door sales, events management, and leadership skills.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship with our partner agency, prioritising quality to ensure customers and potential customers receive the best possible experience at the doorstep.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong background in sales, preferably in a target-driven environment with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Leadership and management skills, including recruiting, training, and developing salespeople to grow their skills and achieve goals.
  • Experience running a sales field team and motivating a team remotely.
