About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analysis Team Lead to join our dynamic team at ClearCourse. As a Business Analysis Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts in delivering new customer implementations and customer-led changes to our existing products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Business Analysts in delivering projects on time and to a high standard
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies
  • Manage and mentor team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles
  • Identify and address potential performance issues through effective management, leadership, coaching, and training
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure high standards are maintained in all Business Analysis work
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of business analysis experience in a software development environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to a range of audiences
  • Proficient in Visio with workflow design in BPMN
  • Experience working with Jira and/or DevOps
  • Ability to engage with all levels of internal and client organisations, constructively challenging and influencing others to achieve the best solution
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • A proven track record of following through on commitments
  • Well organised with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within project timeframes
