Job Summary

Investigo is seeking an experienced Lead IT Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the IT Business Analysis team and undertaking critical reviews of business processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage the IT Business Analysis team, ensuring senior managers and the wider team are motivated and meet their objectives. Develop the wider team's skillset in line with the professional development requirements for IT, including programme and project management.
  • Business Analysts Working Group: Lead the Business Analysts Working Group, promoting effective communication and buy-in between IT and business teams.
  • IT Developments: Identify, design, and oversee in partnership with teams, IT developments for the benefit of staff, e.g., improvements to CRM.
  • Service Catalogue: Design a service catalogue process as directed by the Head of IT, including completion of comprehensive documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of managing or building a BA function, managing people & teams, and excellent senior stakeholder engagement skills with the confidence to present to senior stakeholders in the business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate opportunities for business-led technological improvements.
