Job Title: BI Analysis Manager

As a BI Analysis Manager at Experis IT, you will play a crucial role in designing, delivering, and managing sustainable and impactful compensation offerings that align with our global reward philosophy and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Compensation Programs: Develop, implement, and manage pay programs globally, overseeing the end-to-end process, including analysis, proposing solutions, and delivering ad-hoc pay projects and year-end programs.
  • Manage External Relationships: Collaborate with external providers regarding job evaluation frameworks and market data, ensuring timely completion and return of Reward surveys.
  • Compensation Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of current compensation, driving the team's capability to be proactive in problem resolution.
  • RemCo/Executive Support: Assist the Global Head of Reward and Reward Business Partners in creating RemCo/Executive papers for changes, projects, and annual compensation processes.
  • Legislative Compliance: Continuously review compensation decisions, positions, and programs to ensure alignment with our Pay for Performance philosophy, enabling a performance-driven culture.
  • Horizon Scanning: Proactively lead on horizon scanning activities to capture changes in legislation or market conditions, communicating them to the business and reviewing processes/policies as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree with strong financial acumen.
  • Experience: Managing base and variable compensation programs in an international setting.
  • Project Management: Defining and managing projects to plan and delivery.
  • Quantitative Skills: Strong ability to use data analysis to derive insights and support fact-based decision making.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to build business cases and develop data and summaries for committee and board presentations.
  • Cultural Competence: Culturally sensitive, high integrity, and values diversity.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, passionate, and an optimist with strong emotional intelligence.
