Job Summary:

The Business Analysis Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts in delivering new customer implementations and customer-led changes to existing products within the ClearCourse Membership Service (CCMS) area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts to ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to CCMS Business Analyst guidelines and processes.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of current products and services to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement business solutions that meet customer needs and goals.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Identify and address potential performance issues through effective management, leadership, coaching, and training.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and clients to ensure project progress and deliverables are communicated effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of business analysis experience in a software development environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Previous experience of working within membership services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to a range of audiences.
  • Proficient in Visio with workflow design in BPMN.
  • Experience working with Jira and/or DevOps.
  • Ability to engage with all levels of internal and client organizations, constructively challenging and influencing others to achieve the best solution.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • A proven track record of following through on commitments.
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within project timeframes.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
