About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analysis Team Lead to join our team at ClearCourse. As a Business Analysis Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts in delivering new customer implementations and customer-led changes to our existing products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Identify and address any potential performance issues through effective management, leadership, coaching, and training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of business analysis experience in a software development environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present to a range of audiences.
  • Proficient in Visio with workflow design in BPMN.
  • Experience working with Jira and/or DevOps.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Proven track record of following through on commitments.
