Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analysis Team Lead to join our team at ClearCourse. As a Business Analysis Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Business Analysts, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, solution architects, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, identifying training and development needs and addressing any performance issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of business analysis experience in a software development environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira and DevOps.
  • Proficient in Visio and workflow design in BPMN.
