Business Analyst Team Lead

ClearCourse is a rapidly growing tech company seeking a Business Analyst Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, and reporting progress to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Business Analysts to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Report progress to stakeholders, including Project Managers and clients
  • Identify training and development needs for team members
  • Address performance issues through effective management, leadership, coaching, and training

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience in a software development environment
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
  • Previous experience of working within membership services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to a range of audiences
  • Proficient in Visio with workflow design in BPMN
  • Experience working with Jira and/or DevOps
  • Ability to engage with all levels of internal and client organisations, constructively challenging and influencing others to achieve the best solution
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Well organised with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within project timeframes
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills
