  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that projects are delivered with minimal disruption.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of business analysis experience in a software development environment.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience of leading a team of Business Analysts.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience of working with software development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience of working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
