We are seeking a skilled Clerical Services Coordinator to join our team at the Royal Cornwall Hospital. As a key member of the Clinical Imaging department, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring efficient operations.

Main Duties
  1. Coordinate appointment assignments for Clinical Imaging modalities.
  2. Manage patient cancellations and respond to telephone enquiries.
  3. Perform reception and general administration tasks, including identity verification and professional registration checks.
Person Specifications

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two GCSEs or equivalent level of education, including English Language and Mathematics. Previous administration experience, particularly in the NHS Radiology department, is highly valued.
