We are currently looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to join our team in Stevenage. The successful candidate will be responsible for accepting care packages and assigning care workers to service users, producing care plans that meet individual needs, and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Requirements:
  • At least one year's experience as a care coordinator in a domiciliary care company or agency.
  • Able to start work from day one and hit the ground running.

Salary: £50,000 per annum.
