The successful candidate will have held a care coordinator position in a domiciliary care company or agency for at least one year. This role requires the ability to start work from day one and hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accepting care packages and assigning care workers to service users appropriately.
- Producing care plans that meet individual needs.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
