Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical support and services to oncology and haematology teams, ensuring chemotherapy prescriptions are thoroughly screened by a qualified pharmacist.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary nutrition team, comprising consultants, specialist nurses, dieticians, and a dedicated nutrition pharmacy technician.
- Develop and implement pharmaceutical and clinical advice to support the nutrition team's delivery of TPN services to inpatients and patients receiving treatment at home.
- Masters-level degree in Pharmacy.
- Clinical Diploma or working towards.
- Registration with the GPHC as a Pharmacist.
- Supplementary or independent prescriber status.
- Sufficient post-registration experience covering a range of specialties.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of £65,000-£85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
