About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Clinical Development Lead to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse to lead and support the improvement of clinical governance and quality of care in four of our care homes in the South West region.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing clinical governance databases, analyzing KPIs, and implementing practical strategies to ensure high clinical standards and continuous improvement in care delivery. They will work closely with senior clinical staff, improvement specialists, and regional directors to drive improvements and address any issues that arise.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the performance of each home to meet the highest clinical standards
  • Review clinical governance databases and KPIs every month to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement practical strategies to address issues and improve care delivery

This role requires strong leadership skills, experience working in a care home environment, and a confident clinical mentorship approach. A company car, mobile phone, and laptop will be provided as part of our competitive rewards package.
