About the Job

Barchester Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse RN (General) with current NMC registration to join our team as a Regional Clinical Development Nurse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the clinical governance and quality of care for residents in eight care homes
  • Collaborate with Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to drive continuous improvement
  • Analyse clinical governance database and KPIs to identify areas for improvement

This role requires regular travel across the South West region, so a willingness to do so is essential.
