About This Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Clinical Development Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a leader in the field of care home management, you'll be responsible for driving continuous improvement and ensuring that all regulations are met. With your expertise and passion for delivering high-quality care, you'll make a real difference to the lives of our residents.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements, experience working in a care home environment, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Your ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders will also be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and improve clinical governance and quality of care in eight care homes
  • Analyse results and identify practical strategies to improve care
  • Work closely with regional director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff
  • Support the continual improvement of standards and help implement key actions to address any issues

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse RN (General) with a current NMC registration
  • Strong understanding of current regulatory requirements
  • Experience working in a care home environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
