Home Manager Job Description

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding personalised care through continuous improvement. Your successful track record of developing and motivating teams will enable you to drive excellence and achieve outstanding ratings. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that improve the quality of care and services we provide.

Benefits and Salary

We offer a competitive basic salary with bonuses up to 100% of your salary, essentially doubling your salary. You will also receive additional quality-based bonuses up to £10k. Our rewards package includes automatic enrolment into our profit share scheme, an 8% ER Pension Package, career development pathways, and a range of holiday, retail, and leisure discounts.
