**Job Title:** Senior Care Provider
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Provider to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Senior Care Provider, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to residents in our care homes.
**About the Role:**
We are looking for an experienced Care Assistant with a strong passion for providing exceptional care to older people. You will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living tasks, providing emotional support, and ensuring they receive the best possible care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Assist residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Ensure residents receive the best possible care by following care plans and guidelines
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Person Specification:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Experience of caring for older people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassion, empathy, and understanding when dealing with vulnerable individuals
• Basic knowledge of care principles and practices
