Establish a high-performing residential care home in Truro by leading a team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional person-centred care. As an experienced Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

We are seeking a qualified leader with prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in older people or dementia care homes. Your expertise in staff management, CQC regulations, and health and social care legislation is essential to drive excellence in our home.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of residents and contribute to achieving Outstanding status.

  • Bachelor's degree in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
  • Prior experience as Registered Manager or Deputy in older people or dementia care homes
