About the Role

As a Regional Clinical Development Nurse at Barchester Healthcare, you will lead and support the improvement of clinical governance and quality of care for residents in eight care homes across the South West.

Responsibilities
  • Support the performance of each home to achieve highest clinical standards
  • Review and analyse clinical governance database and KPIs every month
  • Implement key actions to address issues and improve care delivery

You will work closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to drive continuous improvement and deliver exceptional patient care.
