We are looking for an exceptional Clinical Support Team Leader to join our team at Pydar House in Truro. As a dynamic and motivated individual, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Outpatient Booking Services.

Your key responsibilities will include leading customer service, performance management, governance, service development, and redesign, as well as working closely with clinical areas to ensure the highest quality patient experience.

This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week. The estimated annual salary for this role is £50,000-£70,000, depending on experience. If you have a strong background in clinical support, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of leading teams, we encourage you to apply.
