Job Description

Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust is seeking a skilled Clinical Support Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the implementation of the new eCare Electronic Patient Record system.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an IT software support role and possess excellent problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for providing 2nd line application support and contributing to the development of processes and system design within the workstream configuration analysts team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and has a good understanding of clinical or business systems. The role requires strong communication and customer care skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd line application support for the eCare system
  • Contribute to the development of processes and system design within the workstream configuration analysts team
  • Work closely with the C&B System Specialists and Team Leaders to ensure seamless integration of the eCare system

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent NVQ qualification in IT/Business Admin
  • Previous experience working in an IT software support role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer care skills

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
