**Job Title:** Senior Nursing Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Nursing Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to a designated nursing team and ensuring the provision of high-quality nursing care to patients and carers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership to a designated nursing team
- Ensure the provision of high-quality nursing care to patients and carers
- Assist in the safe, effective, and efficient management of the department within allocated resources
**Required Skills and Qualifications:*
- Diploma in Adult Nursing or Degree in Adult Nursing
- Managerial experience and previous Band 6 experience
- Evidence of problem-solving, managing people, supervisory skills
