Oncology Clinical Lead

We are recruiting for an Oncology Clinical Lead to join our team at the Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust. As a clinical leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to patients with lung cancer. You will work closely with the oncology team and respiratory teams to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in nursing, NMC registration, and a minimum of 3 years of experience within oncology. You will also have advanced communication skills, non-medical prescribing qualification, and a teaching/assessment/mentoring qualification.
The estimated salary for this position is £43,041 - £71,928 per annum. In addition to a competitive salary, you will have access to a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
