Deputy Clinical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Clinical Lead to join our Ealing Talking Therapies team at West London NHS Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about service development and leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Talking Therapies Clinical Lead and other Deputy Clinical Leads to deliver an excellent and innovative service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase diversity and accessibility of our treatments, particularly for BAME groups.
- Lead on service development and quality improvement initiatives, working closely with the clinical team and other stakeholders.
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of clinicians, ensuring high-quality care and treatment for patients.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Doctoral-level qualification in clinical psychology or a related field, or equivalent experience and qualifications.
- Postgraduate diploma in a psychological therapy, such as CBT or IPT, and accreditation as a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist.
- Significant post-qualification experience working as a fully qualified psychological therapy practitioner, with experience in primary care psychology and/or Talking Therapies services.
- Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills, with a commitment to continued service development and quality improvement.
