The Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive functional assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored PBS plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including families and caregivers, to implement effective interventions and strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to ensure best practice and adherence to BACB ethics code.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote positive behaviour change through evidence-based interventions and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Foster a culture of openness, respect, and empathy within our team, promoting a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in assessing and intervening with individuals with challenging behaviours.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful PBS plans and promoting positive behaviour change.
  • Holding a relevant qualification in PBS and registration with HCPC, UK-SBA, or BACB.
